What’s your return policy?

Return any of our products–no questions asked–within 30 days of purchase. We even pay return shipping.

We are making your products specifically for your space, please measure that space carefully to confirm that the product will fit.

A 10% restocking fee will be applied for returns that are not related to manufacturing defects or delivery damage.

Tell me about your customer referral program.

Here’s what you do. Tell any friend in Chicagoland about Dimensionally Yours. Any purchase your friends make will trigger a 5% rebate to them and a payment to you in the same amount.

Your friends have to email me after the sale to claim the rebate and copy the friend that told them about DY. Alternatively, the friend may forward to me the original recommendation email. We just need to be able to identify who made the recommendations so that we know whom to pay when friends make purchases. Email your referrals to tino@dimensionallyyours.com.

This program will expire on September 30, 2018. All referral emails received before then will be eligible for rebates even for purchases made after the expiration date.

Do you have a trade program?

Design professionals are eligible for a 15% rebate on purchases. Please email us at tino@dimensionallyyours.com with your professional affiliation credentials to enroll.

do you ship overseas and to P.O. boxes?

We only deliver to homes and businesses in the Chicago region at this time. We’re working hard to expand our delivery zone.
